Raja Yoga
Maharishi Patanjali developed the Yoga of eight limbs; the details regarding the same are given in the book called Yoga Sutras.

Bhakti Yoga
This is Yoga of Devotion. It is the most recommended type of yoga for the modern times, especially for people who are very emotional.

Karma Yoga
This is Yoga of Action. Action never stops. Even when we think we are not performing any action the mind is active, the earth is moving, so is the cosmos.

Janana Yoga
This is the Yoga of Knowledge. This yoga requires people of very sharp intellect. In the modern times due to improper food habits and prevalent environmental conditions world over people with such an intellect are a rarity.

Yoga
Yoga means union of individual consciousness (a being) with supreme consciousness (God). There are many definitions of yoga. Maharishi Patanjali says, “Yoga is seizure of all mental modifications”.

What is Love?
Love is the most sublime and ecstatic feeling. The mother’s love for the child is probably the highest form of expression of love in the animal kingdom.

Mind
That which separates us from the Lord is the mind. Once the mind falls The Self shines in its glory. The force of the Will of the God creates mind.

Guru Disciple Relationship
Guru is treated as beyond the realm of human affairs. He only deals with spiritual evolution of the disciple he generally does not interfere in the disciple’s personal life.

The Guru
Guru means enlightener. He appears to be a human, is a human, but in reality is a tattva. Guru is considered a manifestation of the God himself.

God or Self-Realization
God is not some Superman sitting on a throne in some heaven. Most of us look at the skies when asked who is God and where is he? Most humans do not have an iota of knowledge as to who is God?
